Warranty's

Terms and conditions

We provide a 5-year warranty on all electrical installations. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not include damages caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or external factors such as power surges or natural disasters. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of service.

Deposits & Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required for all projects exceeding $3,000 before work begins. The remaining balance is due in full upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment is required at the time of completion for all standard service calls and small projects. A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be applied to payments of $2,000 or more when using a credit card.

Additional Charges

Any job under $300 is subject to a Small Job Adjustment Fee of $242 to cover operational costs. If unforeseen conditions or additional work are required beyond the original scope, the client will be notified, and written approval will be obtained before proceeding.

Scheduling & Delays

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline; however, delays due to weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible. Clients must provide access to the worksite during scheduled hours. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling fees.

Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, code violations, or conditions outside our scope of work. Clients are responsible for securing necessary permits unless specified in the contract. Any damage to property resulting from work outside of our control (e.g., drywall patching, painting) is the client’s responsibility.
